Current Pricing:
Rates are $70.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. Additional time billed in 15 minute increments. Phone support is $15.00 per session.
Tutoring and training classes are available for groups up to 15 people. Rates are $45.00 per person( pre-paid). Training is available for basic Microsoft Windows, Basic Microsoft Office, E-Mail and Communications. Please feel free to contact us for any specials needs.
Computer Overhauls are priced at $140.00. This includes the following:
· Pick up of machine. · Backup of all files in the “ My Documents “ folder. · Backup of Internet Explorer Favorites. · Backup of e-mail and address book in Outlook Express or Outlook. · Complete erasure of hard drive. · Reinstall of your Microsoft operating system ( Windows). · Reinstall of your office suite. · Installation of anti-virus. · Installation of all current Microsoft and Anti-Virus updates. · Restoration of you backed up files and e-mail. · Deliver and setup of your machine
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Nights and weekends available upon request for an additional charge. Call for pricing.
